In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Stephen White, a non-executive Director, has informed the Company that he has been appointed as non-executive Director and a member of the Audit and Management Engagement Committees of Jupiter US Smaller Companies plc with effect from 1 October 2020.

 

Jupiter US Smaller Companies plc have announced that it is anticipated that Mr White will assume responsibility as Chairman of the company with effect from the AGM in November 2021.
