Third Interim Dividend for 2021

 

 

The Board of Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc announces that it is declaring a third interim dividend of 2.40p (2020 - 2.40p) per ordinary share in respect of the year to 30 September 2021, payable on 24 September 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 3 September 2021. The ex-dividend date is 2 September 2021.  The Company's registrar operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan and the final date for elections for reinvestment of this dividend is 3 September 2021.
