As previously announced in the Company's 2021 Annual Report and Financial Statements, Mr. Stephen White will be retiring from the Board on 31st October 2021, having served as a Director for more than nine years. As part of the Company's succession planning, Mrs. Sarah Watters joined the Board on 1st July 2021.

 

Further, the Company announces that due to external time commitments, Mrs. Tanya Cordrey will also be stepping down from the Board, on 26th November 2021. The Board has commenced a recruitment process to ensure that it continues to have an appropriate balance of skills and diverse approaches to its tasks.

 

The Board would like to thank Stephen and Tanya for their significant contributions to the Company during their tenure and wishes them well for the future.

Mr. Marc van Gelder, the Company's Chairman, said:

"Stephen, with his extensive knowledge of investment trusts provided his expert advice to the Company during his nine years on the Board and Tanya has played a crucial role while leading the more recent name change project for the Company. On behalf of the Board and all the shareholders, I would like to record our sincere thanks to Stephen and Tanya for their wise counsel and valuable contribution to the Company's affairs and wish them the very best of luck."
