ISSUE OF ordinary shares

 

Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (the "Company") announces that it has issued new ordinary shares of 5p each under its block listing facility on 22 March 2021: 50,000 shares at a price of 504 pence per share and 25,000 shares at a price of 505 pence per share.

 

Following these share issues, the Company's issued share capital consists of 103,134,651 ordinary shares of 5p each. There are no shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 103,134,651.   

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
