In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Henderson Opportunities Trust plc announces that Peter Jones is to retire from the Board at the conclusion of the 2021 Annual General Meeting on 11 March 2020.

 

Wendy Colquhoun is to succeed Mr Jones as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Board's Nominations, Management Engagement and Insider Committees. Ms Colquhoun has been on the Board since September 2018 and has advised investment trust boards for over 25 years on advisory and transactional matters.
