Further to the announcement made on 9th December 2020 the Board of Jupiter US Smaller Companies PLC ("JUS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the appointment of Brown Advisory ("Brown Advisory" or the "new Investment Manager") as the Company's investment manager will become effective on 1st April 2021. Following this date the Board will seek shareholder approval, to change the Company's name to Brown Advisory US Smaller Companies PLC (BASC).
