In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that Richard Huntingford, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has notified the Board that he intends to stand down with effect from 31 October 2021 in view of his other business commitments.

 

Richard has served as a Non-executive Director of the Company since 26 September 2018, and the Board would like to express its gratitude for his valued contribution during that time.
