Issue of Shares from Treasury
The Company announces that on 22 January 2021 it issued 25,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 835.5 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
Following the issuance, there will be 40,317,817 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 1,024,846 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
