In QuotedData’s morning briefing 17 January 2025:
- VH Global Energy Infrastructure (ENRG) has energised two additional solar distributed generation (DG) sites in Brazil, bringing its total operational solar DG projects in the country to 12, with a capacity of 34.3MWdc. ENRG expects a third solar site to be energised in the first quarter of 2025, adding a further 6.25MWdc of new capacity, and has three additional sites that it expect to become operational during 2025. ENRG says that the two newly energised assets are already generating revenue with offtake agreements between 10 and 20 years and are supporting clients to meet their decarbonisation targets. The larger of the two assets, at 5.7MWdc, has a 20-year inflation-linked contract with Telefonica. ENRG adds that the sites will contribute to the economic growth and grid improvements in an expanding energy hub in Brazil.
- Alan Bates, a director of Foresight Environmental Infrastructure (FGEN) has purchased 12,500 FGEN shares at 69.37p per share, doubling the size of his holding to 25,000 shares. The transaction took place on 15 January 2025.
- Arthur Copple, a director of Montanaro UK Smaller Companies (MTU) has purchased 25,000 MTU shares at 100.4p per share. MTU’s last annual report shows Copple already has a holding of 275,000 shares as at 31 March 2024. The most recently announced purchase by Copple took place on 16 January 2025.
- Niamh Murphy, a member of Literacy Capital’s (BOOK’s) management team has been issued with 35,000 warrants that have an exercise price of £5.047. BOOK says that these and are exercisable, subject to certain conditions as described in its prospectus, from 16 January 2028 at a total exercise price of £176,645.
