What is the future for offices when we work from home?

We quiz UK real estate investment trust fund managers on the prospects for this key commercial property sector in light of the coronavirus lockdown.

With millions of people getting their first sustained experience of working from home during the coronavirus lockdown, the natural question is what will happen to offices when things do return to normal?

We speak to the fund managers of three UK real estate investment trusts (Reits) – Custodian (CREI ), Picton Property Income (PCTN ) and Secure Income (SIR ) – that invest in varying degrees in offices in London and around the country.

They say flexible working spaces will be the order of the day but are not tolling the death knell for the office culture yet.
