Wind-up provisions
At the AGM in 2025 and every five years thereafter an ordinary resolution will be proposed that the company continues as a VCT. If such a resolution is not passed, the board will within 9 months convene an EGM to propose a special resolution for the reorganisation or reconstruction of the company and a special resolution to wind up the company voluntarily. If the special resolution is not passed, the company shall continue as a VCT.
