Debra joined the AIC in March 2022.

Debra is the AIC’s Company Secretary and the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, Richard Stone and Chair, Gordon Humphries.  Debra is responsible for the AIC’s Board, Nominations Committee, Audit Committee, AGM and the non-board forums and committees.  She is also responsible for the minutes, managing the delivery of the annual elections to the AIC’s Board, board inductions and Companies House corporate filings.

Debra also assists the Public Affairs Director, Guy Rainbird.
