Wind up provisions and buyback policy:
The capital structure has been designed to minimise the discount through three means of share redemptions. Firstly, shareholders may redeem their shares following the AGM of 2009 and every five years thereafter at a price equal to the NAV per share less attributable costs. Secondly, Directors have authority to buyback up to 14.99% of the share capital in issue. Finally, set a target for the average discount, over the 12-week period prior to each financial year-end, to a maximum of 7.5%. If this target is not met, shareholders should have the right to redeem their shares.
